The subject of the order is:
- providing a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate on which residents live, located in the commune of Turek,
- delivery of bags for the selective collection of municipal waste for the duration of the contract for real estate where residents of the Turek commune live; the characteristics and approximate number of bags are specified in Annex 7 to the ToR, i.e. in the detailed description of the subject of the contract,
- organization and operation (waste collection) of a municipal selective waste collection point (PSZOK), created in accordance with point 2 (2) of Annex 7 to the ToR, i.e. a detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the management of municipal waste delivered to the PSZOK by the residents of the commune of Turek .
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 7 to the ToR.

- delivery of bags for the selective collection of municipal waste for the duration of the contract for real estate where residents of the Turek commune live; the characteristics and approximate number of bags are specified in Annex 7 to the ToR, i.e. in the detailed description of the subject of the contract,
- organization and operation (waste collection) of a municipal selective waste collection point (PSZOK), created in accordance with point 2 (2) of Annex 7 to the ToR, i.e. a detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the management of municipal waste delivered to the PSZOK by the residents of the commune of Turek .
