The purpose of this consultation is a mission of assistance to project management for the monitoring of production and enhancement of the artistic programming “Fertile currents” of the ZAC “Olympic and Paralympic Village”.

The benefits provided for in the framework agreement are as follows:

1) coordination of artistic projects in public and private spaces:

— mission 1: kick-off meeting,

— mission 2: action plan,

— mission 3: monthly meetings and progress reports

— mission 4: semi-annual meetings and progress reports,

— mission 5: other meetings,

— mission 6: annual balance sheets,

— mission 7: presence on site during the installation of works of art,

2) valorization of artistic programming and works:

— mission 8: development of the overall communication strategy — mediation,

— mission 9: advice over the water,

— mission 10: design of communication materials — targeted mediation,

— mission 11: design of communication materials — general public mediation,

— mission 12: design of a signage,

— mission 13: realization of photo report,

— mission 14: video design.
