The purpose of the consultation is: Acquisition and installation of shelving and accessories. This consultation is launched according to the procedure: Open call for tenders - Articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the French Public Procurement Code

Framework agreement with purchase orders:- minimum amount: EUR 3,000.00.- Maximum amount: EUR 200,000.00.In value in EUR (EXCL. VAT.). The Framework Agreement will be awarded to several operators up to a maximum of one number: 3.This lot will be executed partly through the issuance of purchase orders and partly through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The maximum number of holders of the framework agreement is 3.For unforeseen needs, recourse will be had to the subsequent procurement procedure with a re-competition of the successful tenderers of the framework agreement. For low-value, and/or identical and/or urgent requirements, the framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. (See details in Articles 1.2 and 1.3 of the Consultation Regulations and 1.5, 1.5.1 and 2 of the CCAP). Duration (excluding renewal): 12 months. Contract Start: Upon Contract Notification. The time frame for the execution of each service is indicated in the order form or, where applicable, in the C.C.T.P.
