1. The subject of this order is successive deliveries of 68Ge/68Ga generators together with eluents for the National Institute of Oncology named after Maria Skłodowska-Curie — State Research Institute, Gliwice Branch, hereinafter referred to as the “Ordering Party”.

2. In this tendering procedure, the Contracting Authority shall apply the procedure laid down in Article 139 (1) of the Law Pzp in this tendering procedure.

3. Information clause arising from the content of Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council

2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC, the Contracting Party included in the SWZ.

4. The Awarding Entity does not envisage concluding a framework agreement, establishing a dynamic purchasing system, electronic auction and supplementary orders.

5. The proceedings are included in the proceedings plan.

6. The proceeding does not cover the objections set out in Article 94 of the Pzp Act.

8. The Contractor may entrust the execution of part of the contract to the subcontractor — Chapter IV of SWZ
