Utrecht University of Applied Sciences invites interested market parties to participate in the tender Broadcast ENG image recording equipment based on a European public procedure, as laid down in the Procurement Act 2012.

The purpose of this tender is to select and contract a single supplier to provide Broadcast ENG image recording equipment.

The contract is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the tender with the best price-quality ratio.

The Assignment includes the supply of all Broadcast ENG image recording equipment with necessary accessories /specific peripherals for image recording to support the Journalism training and Communication and Multimedia Design training, both part of the Institute. for Media. Maintenance is not part of this assignment. Maintenance/replacement based on warranty agreements, of course.

However, the following things, which could reasonably have been part of the scope, are explicitly not part of this assignment:

• Products and services related to the TV studio, TV direction, edit suites;

• sound studio products and services;

• Broadcast ENG sound recording equipment

• maintenance;

• light;

• tripods.

The maximum term of the Framework Agreement will be 6 years. This brings the maximum order value to €575,000 excluding VAT. It is not possible in advance to predict possible growth or contraction for the entire contract period. The fluctuation of student numbers has a direct impact on the formation and institutions of education and thus it also has a direct impact on decrease amounts.
