This consultation is a public service contract for the management of household and similar waste on the territory of the Community of Municipalities TERROIR de Caux (cctcaux hereinafter).
Place of execution: inter-municipal perimeter of the CCTCAUX, which brings together 38,000 inhabitants and 79 member municipalities.
collection of household and similar refuse and recyclable waste (excluding glass)the service to be provided includes for the whole territory
- door-to-door collection in bags and rolling bins of OMR in C1/2 in municipalities with a population of less than 1400 inhabitants, plus a few points to collect once a week, and their transport to the SMITVAD Valor'Caux treatment unit located in Brametot,
- Collection in the municipalities of Bacqueville en Caux, Luneray, Val de Scie, Tôtes and Val de Saâne is maintained at C1 frequency all year round.
- door-to-door collection of bags and/or rolling bins of multi-materials (recyclable mixed waste) once every 2 weeks (C1/2) in the municipalities of the CCTCAUX, their loading into FMA seedlings (transport to the sorting center being the responsibility of lot no3)
and in general, all the services indicated in the CCTP of lot 1.
lot n°2: management of the lower quay of the GUEURES WASTE DISPOSAL, the WASTE COLLECTION CENTER of the CHAPEL of BOURGAY, and the waste collection of Vassonville (excluding Dds)the service to be provided includes:
1. On the GUEURES waste disposal site:
- Operation of the “bottom of the quay” on the main wastes defined in article 4.3 of the CCTP Lot 2
- the provision of containers,
- the removal of waste bins from the waste collection and transport either to outlets designated by the Holder and treatment of this collected waste, or outlets designated by the community.
2. on the waste disposal center of La CHAPELLE du BOURGAY:
- Operation of the “bottom of the quay” on the main wastes defined in article 4.3 of the CCTP Lot 2
- the provision of containers,
- the removal of waste bins from the waste collection and transport either to outlets designated by the Holder and treatment of this collected waste, or outlets designated by the community.
3. on the VASSONVILLE waste disposal site:
- Operation of the “bottom of the quay” on the main wastes defined in article 4.3 of the CCTP Lot 2
- the provision of containers,
- the removal of waste bins from the waste collection and transport either to outlets designated by the Holder and treatment of this collected waste, or outlets designated by the community.
And in a general way, all the services indicated in the CCTP of lot n°2.
lot 3: transport, reception and sorting of recyclable waste from selective collection (excluding glass)the service to be provided includes:
- Semi-FMA transport of multi-materials from the transfer room of the community of communes Terroir de Caux or transfer dock nearby
- sorting and valorization of recyclable waste from the selective collection (excluding glass) of users of the Caux Terroir territory
And in general, all services indicated in the CCTP of lot no3
lot 4: collection of glass in Voluntary Contribution Points (VAPs)the service to be provided includes:
- Regular collection of glass columns located throughout the territory of the communal community
- evacuation and transport to the site of the buyer of the glass material
and in general, all the services indicated in the CCTP of lot no4
Lot 5: Collection and removal of hazardous waste from households and the like (DDM)the service to be provided includes:
1. The removal of hazardous household and similar waste (Ddm) from all the waste disposal centres of the Community of TERROIR communes of CAUX and their transport to the various treatment sites,
2. The treatment of this waste in specialized centers.
And in general, all the services indicated in the CCTP of lot no5
