Technical planning of technical equipment HLS, LPH 1-9 according to the scope of services § 55 HOAI plant groups 1, 2 & 8 as well as special services of project coordination
The city of Neumarkt i.d.OPf. is planning to build a new energy centre with a heat and electricity network. This is to be characterized by maximum energy efficiency and climate neutrality and therefore be supplied electrically and thermally entirely with renewable energies. Against this background, an energy network is to be formed in the area (green) consisting of the new construction of the main fire station, the small and large Jurahalle, the House of Youth, Education and Culture, the Donauer kindergarten at the Heubrücke and the West secondary school.
In the further expansion stage (= expansion stage) (blue), the energy network is to be extended to the old town. Among other things, the Town Hall I, the Town Hall II, the Town Hall IV, the Bräugasse primary school with gymnasium, a development area in Sterngasse, several residential buildings in Pulverturmgasse, Spitalgasse and Pointgasse are to be connected. The area in Glasergasse, Residenzplatz is also to be provided for connection. The expansion stage is not the subject of this procedure.
The planning services are to include the construction of both a thermal and an electrical network. In addition, a central emergency power supply is to be set up. This is to supply the main fire station, the large and small Jurahalle as well as the gymnasium of the West School. For this purpose, possibilities for implementation have already been developed in a preliminary study by the Dess & Falk office. The results are attached to the documents.
Currently, the Institute of Energy Technology IfE GmbH has been commissioned with an extended feasibility study within the framework of BEW funding. The results of this feasibility study are not yet available. As soon as the study is completed and further documents are available, they will be submitted.
