In particular, the subject matter of the contract includes: the collection, transport and development of unlimited quantities of unsegregated (mixed) and collected in a manner) the collection of transport and development of accumulated municipal waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point Municipal (PSZOK); collection, transport and development of used electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-sized waste - 2 times a year “exhibit”; provision for all owners of property containers and containers and bags for collecting municipal waste; collection of municipal waste mixed from containers and segregated waste

1. The object of the contract is the collection, transport and development of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and collected selectively from owners of properties residing and uninhabited within the Municipality of Rogowo for a period of 12 months - from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Dz .U. z 2021. item 888 z z.), the records of the “Waste Management Plan of Kujawsko — Pomeranian Voivodeship 2016 — 2022 with a perspective for the years 2023 — 2028", adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik of the Kujawsko - Pomorskie Voivodeship No XXXII/545/17 of 29 May 2017 and the provisions resulting from the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Rogowo, as well as other laws and local law. In particular, the subject of the contract includes: the collection and development of municipal waste mixed with real estate within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Rogowo; the collection and development of municipal waste collected selectively including biodegradable waste “BIO” from real estate within the limits of administrative Municipality of Rogowo; the collection and development of municipal waste selectively collected from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste located at 1a Jeziorna Street in Rogów. Reception, transport and development of unlimited municipal waste unsegregated ( mixed) and collected selectively from the owners of inhabited and non-inhabited properties on which waste is created; the collection of transport and development of accumulated municipal waste from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste (PSZOK); reception, transport and development of waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-sized waste - 2 times a year “exhibition”; providing all owners of the property with containers and containers and bags for collecting municipal waste; reception of municipal waste mixed with Containers and segregated waste from bells is a maximum of 72 hours from the time of the telephone notification. 2) Rogowo Municipality is typically an agricultural municipality. Economic activity is mostly related to wholesale, retail, motor vehicle repair, construction, education and accommodation base. The multi-family development (housing cooperatives, communities) has a population of 162 inhabitants. In addition, in the territory of the municipality there are facilities related to education and culture (schools, lights) in the amount of 27, real estate related to economic activity and public utilities in the amount of 107 including persons 644. Recreational and leisure properties (seasonal stay) in the amount of 39 approximately 78 individuals. Within the Rogowo Municipality there are 4 parish cemeteries in the villages: Czewujewo, Lubcz, Gościeszyn and Rogowo. The number of inhabitants check-in in Rogowo Municipality as of 31 August 2021 is 6,722 people. In contrast, the number of persons residing (covered by the municipal waste management system) within the Rogowo Municipality is 5,730 (as of 31 August 2021). 4) The Rogowo Municipality consists of the following localities: Budzisław, Bożacin, Cotoń, Cegielnia, Czewujewo, Gałębzewko, Gołąki, Gostomka, Gościeszyn, Gościeszynek, Grochowiska Szlacheckie, Grochowiska Duchies, Izdebno, Lakes, Lubcz, Łaziska, Mięcierzyn, Bear, Recz, Rogowo, Rogówko, Ryszewo, Rome, Sarnówko, Skórki, Nurseries, Ustroń son, Wola, Zalesie and Goldsmiths.
