The purpose of this contract is to raise awareness of the practice of domestic composting and the management of plant waste in situ among users of the Pays de Dreux agglomeration (Capd). These awareness-raising sessions will be partly followed by a distribution of the individual composter kit and reusable bags to users in order to allow the separation of biowaste at source.
