The Contractor shall be obliged to receive waste with code 20 02 01 within the time limits specified each time by the Ordering Party on the weekly schedule and in the case of the order of receipt within 2 working days after the Contractor's transfer of that order. The waste loading belongs to the Contracting Authority.

6. Contractors shall not be entitled to any claim against the Contracting Authority if the quantity of waste received by the Contractor exceeds 100 Mg but does not reach 500 Mg.
