The MVHS is the municipal training center of the city of Munich.

It supports lifelong learning. After all, lifelong learning creates the basis for successful participation and co-creation of social, cultural, technological and economic change.

It is intended to award cleaning services (maintenance cleaning) in the properties of Münchner Volkshochschule GmbH in the south-west urban area.

The intention is to award cleaning services (maintenance cleaning) for the following locations:

Location 1: Stadtteilzentrum, Aidenbachstraße 21, 81379 Munich

Location 2: Stadtbereichszentrum Süd Harras, Albert-Roßhaupter-Str. 8, 81369 Munich

Location 3: Stadtbereichszentrum West in Pasing, Bäckerstraße 14, 81241 Munich

Location 4: Stadtteilzentrum Fürstenried-Ost, Forstenrieder Allee 61, 81476 Munich

Location 5: Stadtteilzentrum Laim, Fürstenrieder Straße 53, 80686 Munich

Location 6: Stadtteilzentrum Hadern, Guardinistraße 90, 81375 Munich

Location 7: Stadtteilzentrum Neuhausen, Nymphenburger Straße 171 b, 80634 Munich

Location 8: Stadtteilzentrum Allach-Untermenzing, Oertelplatz 11, 80999 Munich

The benefit period begins on 01 January 2024 and ends on 31 December 2025. The contract can be extended by 1 year at a time, but ends without notice no later than 31.12.2027.
