— between 310 and 330 mobile connections,

— calls, SMS and data packages,

— excellent mobile coverage across Flagship’s operating area of East Anglia,

— online billing facility,

— we do not have a requirement for any mobile devices and so would be seeking an appropriate discount and/or hardware budget.
