The purpose of this contract is the distribution of the free annual equipment of the kits to all domestic and non-domestic users identified by CLARA S.p.A., as well as the distribution of additional kits for a fee, following a specific request by the user.

The purpose of this contract is the distribution of the free annual equipment of the kits to all domestic and non-domestic users identified by CLARA S.p.A., as well as the distribution of additional kits for a fee, following a specific request by the user.

Distribution must take place through the involvement of a network of Collection Points in the territory of CLARA S.p.A. affiliated with the Contractor.

The collection points in the territory must be present in the number of at least one for each Municipality Shareholder of CLARA S.p.A., without prejudice to any improvements offered during the technical offer.

The services covered by the contract include the storage of supplies in the warehouse, the verification and monitoring of consumption and stocks, the transport and supply of the same at the Collection Points, the relationships and the agreement with the Collection Points.
