The main missions of this contract are as follows:

- adapt the capacity of the building to 120 EHPAD places. Only in room only with renovation of the bathrooms;

- physically separate the extension on the ground floor housing the culinary production unit with a view to a real estate transfer (structural work - technical networks);

- improve hotel comfort by refreshing the premises;

- improve thermal comfort by insulating the building;

- renovate the facades and review the exterior joinery in order to have architectural continuity with the Nelly Kopp residence;

- reclassify the building into J type ERP in accordance with its current use;

- reallocate the basement premises to house the culinary production unit and archive premises.

The project management contract includes a basic mission and three complementary missions covering all the works: OPC-CSSI - asbestos removal - lead removal.
