Preparation and distribution of hot or cold meals for the population of the Pamandzi administrative detention center and the Mayotte administrative detention centers. Lot one: supply of hot meals in the canteen (midday and evening) of individual trays and packed lunches for the population of the administrative detention center of Pamandzi and the places of administrative detention of Mayotte. Lot two: supply of breakfast for the population of the Pamandzi administrative detention center and the Mayotte administrative detention centers. Lot three: supply of baby meals (200g jars) and milk.

The delivery of lot n o relates to the supply of hot or cold meals to be delivered and distributed either in individual trays or in the midday and evening canteen service, as well as the provision of snacks known as "meal baskets" for people unable to benefit from the meal service.

Foreigners in an irregular situation, placed in the Administrative Detention Center (CRA) of Pamandzi and the administrative detention places (Lra) of Mayotte, benefit from a breakfast in the morning

Babies whose mother, placed in the administrative detention center and in the places of administrative detention of Mayotte, must benefit from meals and milk.
