The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide project management assistance for specific UCANSS applications. Its purpose is to cover project management assistance services to ensure the design and development of new applications as well as the maintenance of existing UCANSS applications

This framework agreement includes the following 5 technical services: Service 1: Initialization of the contract or an application Service 2: Realization of a new application or maintenance in project mode Service 3: Carrying out maintenance in maintenance mode in operational condition (Mco) Service 4: reversibility of the contract or of a TMA Service 5: Technical expertise
