For each lot put out to tender (a total of 5 lots), the KRZN intends to conclude framework agreements (framework agreement) with one company (contractor) in each case in accordance with § 21 (3) VgV and a term of 24 (twenty-four) months, with the option of a two-year (24 months) contract extension (total term of a maximum of 4 (four) years each) in favour of the KRZN, via delivery and, if applicable, on delivery. the service for IT components and software in accordance with the specifications on the basis of the EVB-IT contracts. The exercise of the right of option to extend the contract unilaterally in favour of the KRZN is at the discretion of the KRZN; there is no entitlement on the part of the contractor to an extension of the contract. The contract put out to tender relates to 5 (five) lots. The contract periods of the framework agreements in lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 begin on 01.08.2022 (more details in the contract documents).
