Espoo Catering Oy and Espoo Region Joint Authority for Education Omnia (later also separately the Client) are requesting tenders for the purchase of fresh fruit and vegetables. This is a joint procurement in which Espoo Catering Oy and Espoo Region Joint Authority for Education Omnia (later Omnia) make their own decisions and agreements with selected suppliers in accordance with Annex 3A of the invitation to tender. "Main terms and conditions Section 1" and Appendix 3B. "Key Terms and Conditions in accordance with Section 2". The City of Espoo acts as the tenderer in this procurement.

The acquisition is divided into two subdivisions:

Subdivision 1 Espoo Catering Oy

Section 2 Espoo Region Joint Authority for Education Omnia

For Lot 1 (Espoon Catering Oy), three (3) Suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement. The winner of the first procurement period will be selected on the basis of a tender comparison in the tendering process. The lighter competitive tendering for the second and subsequent procurement periods during the contract period will be implemented as a framework agreement as an electronic auction. The Client determines its procurement needs for each procurement period and, using a lighter tendering process, puts out to tender one (1) Supplier and one (1) Deputy Supplier for each procurement period. As a rule, the contract is divided into procurement periods of approximately 4–6 months, which are announced in connection with the lighter tendering process for each procurement period.

For Lot 2 (Omnia), one (1) supplier and one (1) deputy supplier are selected by means of a procurement contract. The agreement is valid until further notice.

Espoo Catering Oy's share of the estimated value of the acquisition is EUR 9,700,000 and Omnia's share of the estimated value of the acquisition is EUR 600,000.

The subscriber does not commit to certain quantities of procurement during the contract period.

The contract is valid for 4 years. More detailed information can be found in Appendix 3A Key terms and conditions, Section 1.

The Client will select three (3) suppliers for the framework agreement.

The contract is valid until further notice.

Based on competitive tendering, the Client will select one (1) supplier and one (1) deputy supplier. More detailed information can be found in Appendix 3B Key terms and conditions, Section 2.
