Fully automatic coffee machines can be rented at the AOK locations in the administrative districts of Düsseldorf and Cologne and in the Free Hanseatic City of Hamburg.

The AOK Rheinland / Hamburg - Die Gesundheitskasse advertises the rental and full service of fully automatic coffee machines in the form of an open award procedure. Fully automatic coffee machines are rented at the locations in the administrative districts of Düsseldorf and Cologne and in the Free Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The seat of the AG is Düsseldorf. The AG currently employs approx. 7,500 employees at around 77 locations.

When renting the fully automatic coffee machines, the full service is included. The contractor takes on the full service to maintain the operability of the machines as well as the provision of coffee specialties and the regular filling of the machines.

The financing of the service provided by the contractor (fully automatic coffee machines and full service) takes place via the rental price offered in the price sheet.

The consumables (coffee and milk powder) are financed at the designated locations through the purchase of the specialty coffees by the employees of the AG; at all other locations, the actual quantities purchased must be settled with the AG. An overview of the different billing categories per location will be made available to the contractor after the confidentiality declaration has been sent. There is no obligation to purchase certain quantities. The billing of the coffee cups, which are financed by the employees of the AG, takes place exclusively through the AN.
