These special specifications constitute a public service contract for printing, packaging and delivery to 105 delivery points in the French Community (Brussels and Wallonia) as well as to the address of the Directorate General for the Steering of the Education System of documents for external certification tests related to the award of the CEB, CE1D and CESS 2023, in compliance with the timetable and the conditions of security and confidentiality as prescribed in the decrees of the Government of the French Community of 4 May 2016.
