North Devon Homes (‘NDH’) manages 3 200 homes located primarily in Barnstaple, Ilfracombe and South Molton in North Devon.

The scope of the works under this contract comprises the following work streams:

— electrical responsive maintenance (including emergency works ordered during normal working hours and including mutual exchange electric tests),

— electrical out of hours emergency works,

— void property electrical inspections and works,

— quarterly emergency light testing,

— fire alarm servicing and fire fighting equipment servicing,

— completing electrical installations for our ‘in house’ kitchen, bathroom and disabled adaptation programme.

The contract is for 4 years with the option of extensions totalling up to 6 years.

NDH issue approximately 2 300 job tickets per year with approximately 350 emergency jobs and 150 out of hours call outs. This contract is for work in North Devon only.
