The purpose of this contract is to maintain the green spaces of all SIREDOM sites.
In addition to its head office located in Lisses (91), SIREDOM manages a network of 27 ecocentres, 25 of which are spread throughout the Essonne region and 2 are located in Seine-et-Marne. The syndicate also owns a plot of land to be maintained in Etampes (91), likely to accommodate a new transfer dock and a "biodiversity area" plot of land located in Vert-Le-Grand
Maintenance of green spaces on the NORTH perimeter - reserved lotThe Framework Agreement includes routine services for the trimming of hedges and beds and mowing according to a schedule defined each year, it
also includes services on quotation as described in Article 3 of the CCTP. It is mixed-priced.
For the purchase order part (BPU and quotes), the framework agreement has no minimum with a maximum over the entire duration of the contract of 260,000 euros (excluding VAT).
