A tender contest for an agreement regarding Tolerance building tours to Germany for students and teachers in Øvre Eiker Municipality. Due to the tense situation in Europe, the contracting authority is considering two different tours (route plans) in 2023 until the situation in Europe stabilizes. The Municipality will consider which route plan to use when booking the Tolerance tours at the latest.
Tenders must be submitted for two different package travels:
- Route plan 1-Trip to Germany or
- Route plan 2 -Domestic travel

The price must include the following:
- Meals
- Transport
- Entrance
- Overnight lodging
- Guided tour in Berlin (applies to route plan 1)
- Guided tour in Trondheim - visit to the Nidaros Cathedral (applies to route plan 2)
- Guided tour in Falstadsenteret (applies to route plan 2)
The dates of tours and itineraries with content thereof, are to be determined by the Resource team once a year. The Resource team comprises three resource teachers from two of the three schools. These teachers are also working as travel guides on the tours. Quotations are requested for each participant (student). Meals (full board), transport and lodging as well as entrance fees in accordance with the route plan, must be included in the price.
Price shall be given for both route plans in the price sheet.
Route plan 1 (the tour to Germany) shall basically go via Kiel with a stop in Gothenburg on return.
Route plan 2 (the Domestic travel) shall go from Øvre Eiker to Trondheim and back. (See separate point 1.4 in the tender documentation)
The number of travelers is approx. 250 persons for year 2023 in the weeks 37, 38, 39.
The number and weeks may vary from year to year.
The estimated annual volume is NOK 1.7 million excluding VAT. The volume of the contract depends on the contracting authorities' budget situation, cost-sharing by students and other framework factors. The contracting authority is not bound to the volume in the contract period. The stated volume is based on historical accounting figures and shall only be understood as a guideline.
