The subject of the order is:
1. the collection and transport of municipal waste arising and collected from all real estate on which residents reside and from real estate on which residents do not reside, and from which municipal waste arises and from summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year , located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Łuków;
2. organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the city of Łuków together with the management of collected waste;
3. twice in a given year of the contract, collection and transport of bulky waste of waste electronics and household appliances.
1. The subject of the order is:
1) collection and transport of municipal waste arising and collected from all real estate on which residents live and from real estate on which residents do not live, and from which municipal waste arises and from summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year , located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Łuków;
2) organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the city of Łuków together with the management of collected waste;
3) twice in a given year of the contract duration, collection and transport of bulky waste of waste electronics and household appliances.
2. The Contractor, as part of the provision of the municipal waste collection service, shall equip the property with bags for collecting waste selectively collected in the colors specified in the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Łuków (on a "bag-by-bag basis") necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system.
3. The area of the City of Łuków is 35.75 km
4. After analyzing each property of the city of Łuków, the estimated number of people living was about 25 951 people, of which about 48% live in single-family housing, the remaining about 52% of residents are multi-family housing.
5. Number of properties:
1) estimated number of single-family real estate inhabited by approx. 4,585;
2) number of multi-family housing approx. 162 blocks;
3) the estimated number of real estate where residents do not reside and municipal waste is generated is approximately 1 147.
5. The above data may change due to population migration. The number of residential and uninhabited properties may slightly change as a result of the commissioning and residence of new buildings or depopulation.
5. Within 7 days of signing the contract, the Contractor shall receive from the Employer a database in the form of access to the program used by the Employer to operate the municipal waste management system for one position. The database will contain a list of properties covered by the municipal waste collection system. The contractor will receive once a week from the Employer all information about changes made by property owners related to the implementation of the waste collection service (e.g. change of container size, frequency of reception, quantity and capacity of containers, incorporation / exclusion of real estate into the system). The Contractor is obliged to enter these data into the Contractor's system immediately after receiving the notification from the Employer, but not later than 3 business days from the date of submission of the notification by the Employer and within this period take into account changes in the way the service is provided.
6. In the city of Łuków there are national, voivodship, poviat and communal roads, with a total length of approx. 106 640 m.
