The municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch wishes to select a service provider for the services related to the digital working environment. This service provider performs tasks on behalf of the ICT department and must work closely with the Service Desk and other teams of the Digital Work Environment agency. It is a four-year framework agreement.

The workplace services consist mainly of:

Configuring, installing, moving and disposing of fixed workplace equipment (computers and peripherals)

Configuring, delivering, replacing and receiving mobile workplace equipment (smartphones, laptops, tablets and accessories)

Staffing and carrying out activities ICT Service Desk

Planning related activities; schedule appointments with end users

Stock administration and monitoring minimum stocks

Administering delivered and received (loan) workplace equipment

Receiving deliveries and preparing equipment to be disposed of

Handling help desk notifications.
