The subject of the contract includes the performance of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from all properties where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Zgorzelec and their transport to the municipal installation.

1. The subject of the contract includes the performance of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from all properties where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Zgorzelec and their transport to the municipal installation, in accordance with the following provisions:

1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and residues from sorting municipal waste intended for landfilling, bulky waste and tires - to the municipal installation for mechanical and biological treatment of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, located at 1 Bazaltowa Street in Lubań, run by Zakład Gospodarki i Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. in Lubań;

2) biodegradable municipal waste - to the municipal installation located in Jędrzychowice (composting plant), run by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Zgorzelec;

3) selectively collected municipal waste, i.e.: paper and cardboard, glass, plastics and repair waste constituting municipal waste - to the waste recovery and neutralization installation to the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant No. 2

in Jędrzychowice, run by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Zgorzelec.

2. Detailed rules for the collection of municipal waste have been specified in the applicable regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Zgorzelec and in the binding resolution of the City Council of Zgorzelec on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for a fee for municipal waste management paid by the property owner. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is attached as Annex 6 to the SWZ.

3. The subject of this contract does not include the collection of waste generated as a result of business activity, including hazardous waste arising from business activity, which is subject to separate regulations regarding their management and waste from uninhabited properties.

4. As part of the subject of the contract and the remuneration offered, the Contractor will be obliged to collect expired medicines from pharmacies indicated by the Ordering Party, arising in households and delivered to pharmacies by the residents of Zgorzelec. 5. During the basic contract, the amount of approx. 52,000 Mg (13,000 Mg/year) and not less than 48,000 Mg (12,000 Mg/year) of all municipal waste expected to be collected from property owners residing in the Municipality of Zgorzelec is estimated in proportion to the quantities indicated

in SOPZ (descriptive part - table in point 1.3 of the above-mentioned Annex), including:

1) approx. 35,200 Mg (8,800 Mg/year) of unsorted municipal (mixed), bulky waste and tires, not less than 32,000 Mg (8,000 Mg/year),

2) approx. 8,200 Mg (2,050 Mg/year) of biodegradable municipal waste, not less than 8,000 Mg (2,000 Mg/year),

3) approx. 8,600 Mg (2,150 Mg/year) of separately collected municipal waste (i.e. paper and cardboard, glass, plastics) and repair waste constituting municipal waste, not less than 8,000 Mg (2,000 Mg/year).

6.The Contractor will be obliged to collect waste and transport waste using vehicles indicated in the submitted bid and demonstrated under the condition of participation in the procedure, specified in Chapter VIII of the SWZ, meeting the requirements set out in the SOPZ.

7. A detailed description, scope of obligations and the manner of performance of the contract has been included in the draft contract, constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.

8. The description of the subject of the contract is specified in Chapter IV of the SWZ. The Ordering Party did not include a full description due to the limited number of characters.
