The tender covers the ventilation and air conditioning technology and building automation in the 2nd construction phase for the conversion and expansion of the St. Marien Hospital in Ahaus. The following subsections in Building 900 on the hospital grounds are affected by the construction work:

The construction site is located in the city area of 48683 Ahaus, Wüllener Straße 101.

The construction work must be carried out during ongoing hospital operations.

• Ventilation units and fans, 31,000 m³/h

• Ventilation ducts, approx. 1,700 m²

• Lüftungsrohre, ca. 860 m

• Air diffusers, approx. 210 pieces

• Brandschutzmaßnahmen, ca. 50 BSK, ca. 16 BSTV, ca. 30 m² L90

• Technical thermal insulation, whereby the majority of technical thermal insulation is put out to tender separately

• Miscellaneous and ancillary work, core drilling, hygiene initial inspection, commissioning, etc.

• Field devices, approx. 110 pieces

• Automationsstation

• Services of the automation level

• Service of the management level

• Control cabinets, 6 pieces incl. accessories
