Detailed requirements relating to the subject of the contract, in particular regarding the expected quantities, quality parameters, warranty period and service conditions are included in Annex 3A, 3B, to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract. 2.Whenever the Contracting Authority indicates specific standards or processes or products that could lead to a restriction of competition, these provisions should be interpreted as exemplary requirements. The Ordering Party allows offering an equivalent subject of the contract provided that the offered subject meets the minimum requirements specified by the Ordering Party. The burden of proof in this respect rests with the Contractor. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial bids in the following parts: 3.
