The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners living in the Municipality of Opoczno.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Opoczno.

The scope of the subject of the contract includes the provision of services consisting in the collection and management (recovery and disposal) of municipal waste from all properties located in the Municipality of Opoczno, on which they live

residents, in accordance with the waste hierarchy and equipping the property with containers and bags for waste collection.

4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its implementation is specified in the following annexes:

2) Appendix No. 1a - Resolution No. XIX/208/2020 of the City Council in Opoczno of April 28, 2020 on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Opoczno,

3) Appendix No. 1b - Resolution No. XLV/494/2022 of the City Council in Opoczno of March 29, 2022 amending the resolution on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Opoczno,

4) Annex No. 1c - Resolution No. XIX/209/2020 of the City Council in Opoczno of April 28, 2020 on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners

residing in the Municipality of Opoczno and the management of this waste, in exchange for a municipal waste management fee paid by the owner of the property,

5) Appendix No. 1d - Resolution No. XLV/493/2022 of the City Council in Opoczno of March 29, 2022 amending the resolution on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from

owners of real estate inhabited in the Municipality of Opoczno and the management of this waste, in exchange for a municipal waste management fee paid by the owner of the property,
