The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1pt. 1 Acts of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended) covering works in the field of timber harvesting and logging, shredding of logging residues and works in the field of breeding forest, nursery forest management at the Nursery Farm in Krępsko, chemical plant protection in the Goleniów Forest District and transport of seedlings from the nursery to 12 forestry, services in the collection of cones from lying trees, fruit and seeds of trees and shrubs for the needs of the Nursery Farm in Krępsko . to be carried out in the Goleniów Forest District in 2020. The subject of the contract includes 3 lots (packages). Description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes 3 to the ToR.
Progress. is conducted according to the rules for the so-called the reverse procedure referred to in Article 24aa para. 1 and 2 of the PPP in the open tender procedure.

The material scope of the contract includes summary the number of logging and skidding works, i.e. logging works 2667.00NH and H and logging works 327 NH.
The Employer may commission a smaller scope of works, however not less than 70%
A detailed description of the activities that make up each item (work) is specified in the catalogs of time standards introduced by order No. 99 of the General Director of State Forests of November 21, 2003, and the technical specification of selected works in the field of forest management, Annex 4 of the ToR. In the event of a discrepancy in the description of the method and scope of performance of individual works included in the catalog and the technical specification, the description contained in the specification is deemed appropriate, with the settlement of works based on the standards contained in the catalog.
The works will be carried out in the Olszanka forestry area - subject to taking part in an action aimed at eliminating the existing threat resulting from a fire and providing equipment and persons to secure the fire and support in the extinguishing action, in accordance with the provisions on fire protection.
Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as suspending operations tables indicated in individual rows describing the subject of the order. Increased corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreases do not mean complete abandonment of some works. They should be understood as increasing the number of works in one location (forest address) while reducing the number of works in another location (forest address), as part of the total number of individual works falling within the scope of the Package.

The Contractor is required to equip all machines, tractors and equipment working on forest areas with sets (sorbents, sorption mats, etc.) with absorbency enabling them to absorb spilled fuel or oil and other technological fluids used in machines, tractors, saws and other devices working in the forest and the use of these agents in situations requiring use (breakdowns, repairs, refueling, etc.) - to prevent environmental contamination. Canisters with safe canisters (dispensers) that prevent spilling (pouring) of oil and fuel mixture during refueling of the saw (instead of mats for absorbing oil and fuel) are allowed for use by saws.
The contractor will be obliged to use biodegradable oil (with a biodegradability parameter not worse than 60%) for lubrication of cutting systems in operated chain saws and cutting heads as well as sets for absorbing oil in devices operated in forests.
The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in the acquisition and logging of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040)
The subject of the contract is services including works in the field of forest breeding, nursery forest management at the Nursery Farm in Krępsko, chemical plant protection in the Goleniów Forest District and transport of seedlings from the nursery to 12 forestry as well as the provision of services in the collection of cones from lying trees, fruit and seeds of forest trees and shrubs for the needs of the Nursery Farm in Krępsk carried out in the area of the Goleniów Forest District in 2020, i.e.
