1. The subject of the contract is: Providing a service to receive and use of municipal waste from owners of residing property located within the City of Pszów and a municipal collection point for selectively collected waste.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

2.1. Receipt of municipal waste from all inhabited properties located within the Municipality of Pszów Town, from the municipal collection point of selectively collected waste, from the municipal market, the collection point of waste from emptied street baskets and the collection of waste from the care of urban greenery. Loading and collection of waste is expected to take place between 700 and 2000.

2.2. The use of all municipal waste collected from the area of the Community of the City of Pszów in accordance with the law in force to achieve statutory recycling levels and levels of limitation of mass of biodegradable municipal waste submitted to storage.

2.3. Equipment of all properties inhabited in single-family and multi-scale buildings, as well as the Municipal collection point of selectively collected waste and city points into the Contractor's property containers (containers) for mixed waste and containers (containers) for selective collection.

2.4. Equipment of all properties inhabited with bags for selective waste collection and distribution of bags - for each property owner a bag of selectively collected waste, leave an empty bag of the same kind.
