§ 1. This contract is a contract for insurance services, which fall under CPV codes 66510000-8 et seq.

§2 The attention of tenderers is drawn to the fact that this service contract will be put out to competition in the form of an occasional joint contract, in accordance with Article 48 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.

The Municipality of Morlanwelz: Rue Raoul Warocqué 2 at 7140 Morlanwelz

The municipal administration of Morlanwelz is designated as the authority (contracting authority) responsible, on behalf of the other entities mentioned above, for the call for competition, the award and the execution of this contract.

Finally, all the listings annexed to these special specifications have been drawn up on the basis of the situation of the contracting authority and the participating entities in September 2022. Changes may therefore be made between the competitive tendering period and the notification of the parts of the contract without any compensation being claimed by the service providers.

The market conditions provide for separate invoicing and payment for each of the partners.

§ 3. Its purpose is to allocate the following components:

Part 1. PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE

Sub-component 1. Fire insurance and related perils (CITY + CPAS).

Sub-component 2. Insurance all computer and electronic risks (CITY + CPAS).

Sub-strand 3. Comprehensive insurance – Exhibition -Works of art (CITY).

Sub-strand 4. Comprehensive insurance – Musical instruments and sound equipment (CITY).

Sub-strand 5. All-risk insurance including machinery breakdown- Laundry service equipment and IDESS equipment & small tools. (CPAS).

Sub-strand 6. Global insurance against theft – Transport and stay of funds (CITY + CPAS).

STRAND 2. PERSONAL PROTECTION INSURANCES

Sub-component 1. Insurance accidents at work and "surplus-law" (law of 03 July 1967) (CITY + CPAS)

Sub-component 2. Insurance against accidents at work and "surplus-law" (Law of 10 April 1971) (CPAS).

Sub-strand 3. Accident insurance for CPAS advisers (CPAS).

Part 3. LIABILITY INSURANCE

Sub-component 1. General liability insurance (CITY + CPAS).

Sub-component 2. Compulsory insurance – Strict civil liability in the event of fire or explosion (CITY + CPAS).

Sub-strand 3. Liability insurance specific to public representatives (CITY + CPAS).

Sub-strand 4. Combined liability and personal accident insurance – Wellness and relaxation workshops; vegetable garden and gymnastics workshop for seniors (CITY).

Sub-strand 5. Sports Insurance – Various sports and recreational activities. (CITY).

Sub-strand 6. School insurance – Basic education institution and music academy (CITY).

Sub-strand 7. Combined civil liability and personal accident insurance – Crèche du CPAS (CPAS).

Sub-strand 8. Architects' liability insurance (CITY).

Part 4. VEHICLE INSURANCE

Sub-component 1: Vehicle insurance (CITY + CPAS).

Sub-component 2: Omnium Missions Insurance (CITY + CPAS).

§ 4. The market is a global market without a lot; It will be awarded to a single insurer who will have awarded prizes for all components. In accordance with Article 58, § 1, paragraph 2, of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement, the division into lots that could be awarded was considered by the contracting authority, which decided to abandon it for the following reasons:
