The subject of the order is the delivery of 4 units of sanitary ambulances type “C” with medical equipment for the Self Public Ambulance Station and Sanitary Transport in Zamość. The description of the object of the order is specified in Annex 4 to the Specification of the Terms of Order - Technical and utility parameters of the sanitary ambulance type “C” - 4 pcs.

The subject of the order is the delivery of 4 units of sanitary ambulances type “C” with medical equipment for the Self Public Ambulance Station and Sanitary Transport in Zamość. The description of the object of the order is specified in Annex 4 to the Specification of the Terms of Order - Technical and utility parameters of the sanitary ambulance type “C” - 4 pcs. The offered item of the order must:

(a) have a certificate of approval issued pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport for Construction and Maritime Affairs of 25 March 2013 on the type-approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their items of equipment or parts (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1475, of late. ),

(b) comply with the provisions laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022 of late),

(c) comply with the requirements of standard PN- EN 1789 +A1:2011 or equivalent - for ambulances and PN-EN 1865 or equivalent - for medical equipment, and meet all the conditions laid down in the Act of 20 June 1997. Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 110 as amended),

(d) meet the requirements laid down in the Act of 20 May 2010 on Medical Devices (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 186 as amended).
