Stara, the construction services company of the City of Helsinki, will request your tender for small HVAC works in accordance with this invitation to tender and the attached documents. The work mainly focuses on public buildings and properties maintained by the City of Helsinki.

The estimated value of individual orders is less than €10,000 (VAT 0%).

Small HVAC jobs include, for example:

- small one-off installation work, such as installation of an outlet or circuit breaker,

- investigation of electrical faults

- repairs to plumbing fixtures and sewers in connection with furniture installation, repairs to small domestic water pipelines

- repairs to the heating network

- ventilation modifications

- ventilation measurement and adjustment work.

The framework agreement is divided into three (3) different sections as follows:

1. Small electrical work

2. Small plumbing

3. Small ventilation work

The bidder may submit an offer in one or more subdivisions.
