The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply including the purchase and provision of gas fuel distribution services in the form of high-methane natural gas type E for 40 facilities used by the Municipality of Zabierzów.

1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply including the purchase and provision of gas fuel distribution services in the form of high-methane natural gas type E for 40 facilities used by the Municipality of Zabierzów.
Natural gas should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law
and implementing regulations to this Act and Polish Standards.
The estimated amount of gas supplied (+/- 10%) during the delivery period is (in units of energy using a conversion factor of 11,129) the quantity of 2 122 700 kWh, including the gas accounted for:
1) Facilities that will be settled according to the tariff price approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in
within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 2022 on special solutions for
protection of gaseous fuel customers in connection with the situation on the gas market:
in tariff group W-4: 323 500 kWh; in tariff group W-3.6: 302 500 kWh; in the tariff group W-2.1: 21 000 kWh.
2) Facilities that will be settled according to the price of the competitive market:
in tariff group W-5: 257 200 kWh;
in tariff group W-4: 282 000 kWh; in tariff group W-3.6: 933 500 kWh; in the tariff group W-1.1: 3 000 kWh.
Gaseous fuel is intended for heating purposes and is exempt from excise duty. Detailed information is included in Annex 6 to the SWZ.
The Contracting Authority shall accept the model statement on excise duty presented by the Contractor.
The contractual capacity for the gas consumption point in the tariff group W-5.1 is 121 kWh/h.
Details of individual collection points are set out in the annexed summary set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ.
The current seller of natural gas for the ordering party is PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Sp. z o.o. For all collection points, the Distribution System Operator is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z .o.o. with its registered office in Tarnów, 16 Wojciech Bandrowskiego Street.
