Westmeath County Council requires an integrated design team to deliver the preliminary design and planning consents required for the Castlepollard Regeneration Project to include the Town Park, the refurbishment and development of the Market House and the Public Realm.

The consultant shall appoint a Project Manager for the scheme, and he/she shall have overall responsibility for the management, delivery and implementation of the discrete stages as set out below:

Stage (i) Project Inception Investigations and Concept Design,

Stage (ii) Preliminary Design and Statutory Planning Stage

A full description of the services required by the Client is provided in Schedule B of the Tender and Schedule for the Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical).
