This consultation concerns the execution of a project management mission for the realization of the works for the reinforcement of the network of drinking water supply between the villages of Sada and Chirongui. The part of the financial envelope allocated to works (CO) by the owner is equal to 4,500,000.00 EUR excl.

Market split into slices as follows:

- firm tranche, AVP draft design study, Pro Project, assistance with the awarding of ACT works contracts, production of the DCE ACT, report analysis of the offers and assistance in the development of the markets,

- optional tranche 1: assistance in defining and carrying out MC1 complementary investigations, MC2 regulatory and financing files,

- optional tranche 2: follow-up of VISA DET AOR works.
