Over the past four years, RSG Ter Apel has purchased the learning resources through a framework agreement for an internal book fund at Van Dijk Education. The current framework agreement expires on 28-2-2019. Client has decided to tender the learning materials. The new framework agreement must take effect on 1-3-2019. The primary interest of RSG Ter Apel in this tender is that all pupils have the necessary learning resources at the start of the 2019/2020 school year and subsequent contract years.

In 2017, learning materials were purchased for EUR 290 000. The stated amount only includes a discount and excluding VAT. The data are historical and do not constitute a guarantee for the future purchase pattern. (Purchase) guarantees can in no way be derived from this. The actual scope of the framework agreement may therefore deviate from the aforementioned indication in a positive or negative sense, inter alia due to an increase or decrease in demand from RSG Ter Apel and market shifts with regard to the supply of learning materials.
