4.Medical E-interview - a system enabling patients to register answers to medical questions. The interview is recorded in the context of the planned implementation of medical provision
5. E-attachment - functionality enabling the patient to register in the context of the planned visit of scanned forms of medical documents
6. Mobile application that supports at least the following functionalities: e-registration, medical records, prescriptions
7. Integration with E-puap authentication.
