Reason and purpose of this tender is intended to conclude an Agreement with one Tenderer for the supply, implementation, management and maintenance of network switches.

The Support Agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years with three times (3) the possibility to extend the Agreement for two years. The maximum duration of the agreement is ten (10) years.

The purpose of this tender is to conclude an Agreement with one Tenderer on the subject of the supply, implementation and support of network switches. The agreement has the following phases:

1. Delivering and implementing the network switches, including training for system administrators.

2. Providing support (level 3) on the network switches. This phase starts after the delivery and implementation of the network switches (phase 1) has been completed.
