The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, nursery and seed production, to be performed in the Chojna Forest District, in 2023. Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023 The procedure is conducted under the open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Law, in accordance with the rules provided for classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds.
The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.
Package 1 - Forestry Stone Weir, Krzywina, Lisie PoleThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting wood, to be performed in the Chojna Forest District, in 2023. The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)
point 7) PZP , within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package 2 - Forestry Łukowice, PiasecznikThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting wood, to be performed in the Chojna Forest District, in 2023. The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)
point 7) PZP , within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package 3 - Forestry Grabowo, Widuchowa, RynicaThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting wood, to be performed in the Chojna Forest District, in 2023. The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)

The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)
point 7) PZP , within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package 5 - Nursery farmThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on forests") including works in the field of nursery and seed production, to be performed in the Forest District
Chojna in the year in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services which are the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value
of this order.
