The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of sports goods, sports equipment and rehabilitation props to Jysk Joint Procurement, including Favrskov, Mariagerfjord, Norddjurs, Rebild, Skanderborg, Skive, Syddjurs and Viborg municipalities. The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of sports goods, sports equipment and rehabilitation props for Jysk Joint Procurement, which consists of Favrskov, Mariagerfjord, Norddjurs, Rebild, Skanderborg, Skive, Syddjurs and Viborg municipalities. Norddjurs Municipality is the coordinator of the tender. Independent agreements are concluded with the supplier with the individual municipalities. All entities and institutions of the contracting entity are covered by the agreement, with the exception of the purchase of materials for grass painting by the Construction Department Skander Municipality. The agreement also applies to self-governing institutions to the extent possible in accordance with the applicable operating agreement. The products are described in more detail in Appendix 2 - Requirement specification and Appendix 3 - Offer list. The expected turnover on the agreement amounts to DKK 3,200,000 annually excl. VAT. This turnover is calculated on the basis of previous activity/consumption and expected activity/consumption changes with the assumptions known at the time of the offering. As a general rule, the agreement does not impose an obligation on the contracting entity to purchase a certain quantity of the products covered by the agreement. Thus, the contracting entity does not undertake to go beyond its actual requirements.
