This is a framework agreement with no minimum or maximum and with several economic operators (5 subject to a sufficient number of offers). Subsequent contracts are awarded after reopening of the prizes corresponding to the subject of the subsequent contract. This reopening of competition occurs upon the occurrence of the need and will take the form of a consultation of the holders.
