The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) focuses on agile culture and digital customer experience.
This dynamic purchasing system is divided into 3 categories based on the services it procures:
1) Business Development
2) Culture of development
3) Customer experience development and service design.
The candidate may submit an application for participation in one or more of the above categories. Each class has its own suitability requirements in the form of reference requirements. Purchases shall be made within the categories of the dynamic purchasing system in the form of separate invitations to tender. The duration of the dynamic purchasing system is 48 months. Tenders for services may be for the duration of the dynamic purchasing system.
Aims to promote customer-centricity and create common direction and strategies at the business level. The utilization of customer-oriented methods such as service design and business agility is an integral part of this whole. The work includes e.g. facilitation of vision and strategy work, and the development, application, and implementation of new models, together with the nobles. The target may be, for example, developing a digital customer experience.
The goal is to enable and promote a customer-centric agile and experimental culture and methods that support and enable business development. Broad understanding and application of new corporate culture and leadership and agile development methods to YLE are key here. The work includes, for example, facilitating the development of experimental methods and supporting team and team collaboration, developing innovative leadership models, and coaching agile thinking for various purposes, together with the Yulian and Yle networks.
The customer experience will be developed in YLE's current and future digital services and contexts. The development is driven by personal and holistic user experience and deep customer understanding. We focus on the intelligence, interactivity and seamlessness of our services. Utilizing customer-oriented and agile methods is a prerequisite for development work. The work includes, for example, UX design, mapping service paths, conceptualising potential new services, personalized customer experience and experimenting with new content formats that serve new interfaces, prototyping, user research, visual design and facilitation.
