1. The object of the order is the implementation and provision of the audioconductor system at the European Solidarity Centre in Gdańsk.
2. Audioguides system and group sightseeing system are the primary form of visiting the European Solidarity Centre.
3. Audioconductor system allows you to explore independently based on a device with a multimedia application.
4. The group tour system is aimed at visiting groups along with a guide and is based on devices equipped with wireless voice transmission technology.
1.The Contractor shall provide to the Contracting Authority within 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than 2 January 2022, a service for the provision of the multimedia application produced by the Contractor using audioguides and group tour systems, including installation and updating of the multimedia application in the devices and their service.
2.The audioconductor system allows you to explore independently based on a device with a multimedia application.
3.The group tour system is aimed at groups of visitors along with a guide and is based on devices equipped with wireless voice transmission technology.
4.The audioguides system and group sightseeing system are the primary form of visiting the European Solidarity Centre.
5.The Contractor will ensure the smooth handling of ECS visitors by ensuring the optimal number of devices and persons issuing and receiving equipment within the following hours:
1) during the winter season (i.e. 1 October to 30 April) Monday — Friday from 10:00 to 17:00, Saturday — Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00, except for one day per week being a technical day (Tuesday);
2) during the summer season (i.e. May 1 to September 30) Monday — Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, Saturday — Sunday from 10:00 to 8:00 p.m.
6. The ECS building is open all year round, except for days off work (9 days in total per calendar year).
Closing days of the ECS Building:
-1 January - New Year's Day,
-6 January - the feast of the Three Kings,
- the first day of the Great Night,
-the second day of the Great Night,
-the day of Corpus Christi,
-1 November - All Saints,
-24 December - Christmas Eve,
-25 December - the first day of Christmas,
-26 December - the second day of Christmas.
6.The Contractor shall also be obliged to provide services in other timescales than those referred to in paragraph 5 (additional hours), but not more than 100 hours during the entire service period. The Contracting Authority will report a demand for the service in this case with a minimum of three days in advance.
