Vefsn municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for a 4 year period for the leasing/procurement of vehicles — mainly for units within health.

Most of the contracts in the period will be for leasing for periods of 3-4 years.

The requested need will be for small goods vans and passenger cars, estate cars in classes medium sized and large and SUV medium class.

Hybrid and electric models are also requested. The need for electric vehicles is currently unclear. This is due to a lack of infrastructure for charging stations at the base as well as quick charging stations in the areas where the health units carry out large parts of their service.

The procurement will be divided into sub-contracts. Tenderers can submit tenders for all or parts of the competition.

By the end of January 2017 between 30-35 vehicles will be returned when the leasing period expires. This describes the existing procurement extent for leasing in 2017.

The first 18 vehicles must be delivered in January 2017.
