OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONCESSION TO OPERATE THE SURFACE PARKING LOT OF TWO UNDERGROUND CAR PARKS

1. The subject of this call for tenders is the conclusion of a concession contract for the operation, management, requalification, maintenance and supervision of paid parking spaces on public roads (ZEDL), in the underground car parks of Mercado and Rua João de Deus (Tribunal).

2. The object of the Contract is the integrated management of the equipment and public parking areas of the city of S. João da Madeira, including the rights and obligations of the parties provided for in the Specifications.

3. The Agreement shall be valid for a period of 15 years, not extendable.
