The market is composed of a firm tranche and 4 optional tranches. Firm tranche:-Feasibility study and pre-programming including Bim (phase 1)-performance program and identification of the envisaged Bim level accompanied by the corresponding Bim specifications (phase 2)optional tranche 1: assistance during the MPGP procedure including Bim (phase 3)optional tranche 2: assistance during design studies including Bim (phase 4)optional tranche 3:- Assistance during the works and monitoring of expected performances including Bim (phase 5)-assistance during Opr, acceptance, VMI and performance monitoring and control including Bim (phase 6)optional tranche 4: assistance during performance monitoring for 2 years after acceptance of the building (phase 7)
