The environmental profile of the machines is important for us as education institutions. Thus, emphasis will be put on the environmental class of the engine and options for using renewable diesel, c.f. standard EN 15940.
The announcement is shared by all of the schools, but each individual schools is responsible for financial settlement for their machine. Thus 6 individual contracts must be prepared.

Colleges and geographical preferences will create a need for individual adaptations. These adaptations will be agreed afterwards, based on the tenderer's list of adaptations/extra equipment or in accordance with the tenderer's description in the response form (annex 2).
The excavators shall also be used for site machine mechanics' education. Access to, and training in the digital system for troubleshooting/diagnostics, as well as reading user data will, therefore, be of decisive importance. In addition access is wanted for relevant components/models for pupil training.

The enquiry will, through the response form from the seller, form the basis for a "basic machine". The shall-requirements must be fulfilled, details must be provided of whether the can-requirements are included in the "basic delivery", or whether they can be fulfilled as an additional choice.

There will be different delivery costs due to the geographical locations of the colleges. Tenderers must calculate their gross delivery costs and split them equally between each machine.
