This opinion concerns a competition procedure defined by Articles L. 311-10 et seq. of the Energy Code. It concerns the construction and operation of an offshore wind farm off the south of Brittany. Applicants must propose innovative solutions that make the most of the area, taking into account different constraints, including environmental constraints, as well as in terms of maritime safety, impact on landscapes and visibility from the coast. Particular attention will be paid to taking into account territorial development issues. The perimeter of the area will be adjusted during the procedure on the basis of, inter alia, consultations and studies carried out, as well as exchanges with candidates. The successful candidate is entitled to a supplementary remuneration contract under the conditions specified in the specifications and in accordance with the commitments contained in the offer of that candidate.
